We commit to customizing individual therapeutic needs, our therapy management program covers the spectrum of care—from proactive monitoring of therapy to counseling on managing side-effects. We provide individual patient counseling and work with each patient to ensure they understand their disease, their medication, any precautions, adverse side-effects and instructions on use.
Patients and/or caregivers will be contacted prior to each new and/or refill shipment to arrange delivery. Patients will also be contacted throughout the therapy regimen to promote use of the medication and help manage any side-effects.
Our trained pharmacists are available 24/7 to assist physicians and patients on aspects of care. Barnes Healthcare Services will deliver to your preferred location—home, office, or clinic—as appropriate for administration. Ease of use, for the patients and physicians is critical to implementing and maintaining an effective specialty program.
